Dr. Philip Vincent, Character Development Group, Inc., a witty educator (former teacher and principal) who identifies with your typical and atypical days. Dr. Vincent will offer strategies, thoughts, and laughs to demonstrate that "character education is not another thing on your plate--it IS the plate." He will explain how it is possible to change the culture of a school through the curriculum. Dr. Vincent comes highly recommended and looks forward to interacting with you in Ocean City.
